1. General Conditions and Product Authenticity
All products sold on this website are genuine Kashmir handicrafts made by skilled artisans in the region of Jammu & Kashmir, India. We are committed to selling only authentic, handmade products and strictly prohibit the sale or display of machine-made imitations.-Variations in Handmade Products: Due to the inherent nature of handcrafted items, minor variations in color, texture, size, and design may occur. Product images on the website are for representation purposes only, and the actual product may differ slightly. These variations are a testament to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of handmade goods and do not constitute a defect.
-Geographical Indication (GI) Certification: We adhere to strict quality control measures, and where applicable, products will include relevant GI labeling certifications. This documentation is available for inspection upon request and helps verify the product’s authenticity.
-Compliance: We are registered under the J&K Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1978, and comply with the Quality Control Act and GI Act to protect the integrity of Kashmir’s traditional crafts.
- User Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- Pricing, Orders, and Payment
Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. We may change prices without notice. Order confirmation is not a guarantee of supply; we reserve the right to cancel orders. Canceled orders will receive a full refund. We use secure third-party payment gateways and do not store your payment information. We are not responsible for transaction declines due to exceeding card limits.
- Shipping and Delivery
Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 working days in India but can vary. We use reliable courier services. Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or extra charges.
- Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. We do not accept returns for minor variations or changes of mind. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging with tags. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
